Kindness

The single greatest act of kindness and love that was shown to us was Christ dying on the cross, laying down His life for our life.

As we approach this weekend contemplating the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, may we sense the urgency to share Christ's love with others.  May we get on our knees in times of trouble and in times of great joy.  May we see His kindness and love as an example for how we will shower others with grace and second chances.

Without Christ's ability to see sinners as being made perfect through His shed blood, we would all be lost forever.

Father, give us the heart and attitude of Christ as we come alongside people who are searching for You but may not know it yet.
