WHat is T.R.I.P?    (or more simply, TRIP)

Tuition Reduction Incentive Program is a method to assist both current and future MCS families by giving them the opportunity to accumulate tuition credit. Through this program, each time you order gift certificate or cards from participating merchants (i.e. grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) through Raise Right, a percentage of your order will be applied to your tuition account (or accumulated if you are a future MCS family).   Don't forget to check the list of vouchers and miscellaneous merchants and VIP vendors (purchased through GR Christian Schools) for other ways

to save!

Tuition Credit is applied to your account quarterly in September, December, March and July.

Looking for a deal?  Be sure to keep a close eye on any bonus percentage increases throughout the year to get the most for your money!

Who participates?

ANYONE!   That's the short answer.

The great thing about this program is that not only can current and future MCS families participate, but  friends and family can participate as well. Participants should contact the office at 616-877-4688 and provide their email address so that we can send them an invitation to participate. After you sign up, please send an email to molinecs@molinechrsch.org to let the school office know that you have signed up, where you would like your earnings directed (current or future tuition and students name), and let us know any authorized people to pick up your order.

Purchases made by your registered friends and family members will be credited to your tuition account.   Ask your friends and/or family members to call the office to get the information needed to get them started so their purchases will be associated with your tuition account.

Historically, MCS families who participate in TRIP can earn hundreds and even thousands of dollars in Raise Right credit to apply toward their tuition!

By purchasing gift cards/certificates before you buy gas, clothes or eat at a restaurant, you earn credit.  TRIP is a change in spending which requires you to spend differently by planning ahead.

During the school year, Regular TRIP orders must be placed and paid for by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning  on days when school is in session.  However, if you are ordering online at raiseright.com and using PrestoPay, you may order at anytime.  By using PrestoPay, you are able to reload some cards and/or order ScripNow products.

A drop box is available outside the school office window for TRIP checks and/or orders.  Cash is not permitted.  If using the drop box, please make sure your check is deposited before 7:30 a.m. on TRIP processing days.   If after 7:30 a.m. on processing day, please bring your payment inside the school.

We also offer Instant TRIP  during the school year on Thursday's on a first-come basis, while supplies last, from 7:30 - 3:30 a.m.  For Instant TRIP, we offer the following vendors and denominations:

Leppinks ($50 only)

Marathon ($25 or 100 only)

Meijer ($50 only)

Marias ($20 only)

Culvers ($20 only)

5 Lakes Brewery ($25 only)

The TRIP schedule during the summer months is completely different than during the school year.  Check online each spring for our schedule or call the office at 616.877.4688 for the schedule to be emailed to you.

Summer TRIP is a rotating schedule of Regular TRIP, Instant TRIP, and a No-Processing Week.

Order online at your convenience!  When you create a PrestoPay account, you have access to reloadable cards  and ScripNow which can save you driving time and time since you don't have to wait for gift cards to arrive!

If you prefer not to create and use a PrestoPay account to pay for your certificates, you can place your order online and bring your check to the office no later than 8:00 p.m. on the TRIP processing day.

Orders are ready for pick up on Thursday of that same week (weather permitting i.e., no snow days).  If you are unable to pick up the order yourself, you can contact the office to designate who may bring your order home to you.

Using TRIP electronically?  A help sheet is available.
